Come Clean
It's friday, finally. I had a class this morning, for which we did a studio interview. I was on TV. Well, on the TV that was in the studio. hihi. That's where I noticed that I should have taken more time to do my hair this morning. hihi. I then spent 40 minutes with my english literature teacher, asking her questions regarding my essay (due Tuesday). I think that in my almost-4-years of University, I had never asked a teacher for help outside of class. I felt kind of stupid (I know I shouldn't), but I just wanted to make sure that I was on the right track... before I started writing the whole thing.
The title of the post is inspired my the song I am currently listening to. Yes, it's "Come Clean" by Hilary Duff. I admit it, I'm a Hilary Duff fan. Not very original for a post title... but I'm tired. My last post must have been a bit boring, because it took a week and a half for me to get a comment. lol! Thanks Fran for commenting. I have to admit that my last post was kind of depressing, so I don't blame you all. I don't have much planned for the weekend. I have to write the essay and catch up on a lot of reading. I also have another journalism assignment due Thursday, for which I have to attend a conference on Wednesday. Busy week. But I'll be rewarded. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire comes out next friday. Exactly one week. My sister and I plan on seeing it that day. Have a nice weekend everyone!

Hi!
Wow, the next week really seems to be a busy one for you!! At least you have the HP movie to look forward to...:) Last Thursday I saw the preview for the movie Pride & Prejudice, and I got the huge urge to READ THE BOOK. I don't know if it has ever happened to you...Even though I knew pratically nothing about the book, I felt myself drawn to it, I just HAD to read it. So now I am really in an "English mode" (last night I even dreamed in english, which is rather unusual for me since I am francophone), and, even though I read much more slowly than normally because I'm not used to that style of writing in English, I really enjoy the book, and can't wait to see the movie...:) Have a nice weekend! Kass
Oh I want to work with film and cameras, I've always loved that, even if it was for a project. :) I like some of Hilary's music. She is a very pleasant-type person it seems, so she looks in interviews, etc.

I wish I could see Harry Potter that early but it wont come out here until December. But I did go and see Elizabethtown tonight and I LOVED IT. I really love movies that are REAL-LIFE like and such, I just loved it, it's a very nice romance-comedy-drama film. Worth everything it is. jac xxx << Home Archives:
