Girl on the Radio 12/02/2005 12:39:00 PM My request made it to the local Kiss Fm station. I just heard myself on the air (45 minutes after my actual call). I requested "Vacation" by the Go-Gos, and dedicated it to all the University students who wish they were on vacation. The snow is making studying even more depressing. Lol! It just played... I love that song. So anyways, I just thought I would share this piece of news. Other than my radio experience, I'm very busy with school work. I still have to write one essay, one play review (I'm seeing the play tonight), four newspaper articles and one huge report on a study I did in audience research. Then I have an exam on the 19th. But Monday is the last day of class, so hopefully I'll have more time to work on all of these things. I ran across a guy who went to school with me all through elementary, junior high and high school. I hadn't seen him in two years. I had a really good time talking to him on the 30 minute bus ride. And to be honest, he looked good. It's not always the case, some people have let themselves go after graduation. hihi. This meeting also brought back all of these memories from back when I was in school.
