Letters

I watched a movie called Dear Frankie tonight. It was simple, but excellent. It's a scottish film, so the accent was a little hard to understand at times. It's the story of a boy named Frankie, who writes to his father who is out at sea. However, his letters never reach him; his mother is the one who reads them and writes back. He doesn't know the truth about his abusive father. His mother keeps him from finding out, by hiring a man to play the role of Frankie's father. I truly recommend it. It's amazing.

My french exam went well. However, it's hard to truly know how you did on language exams. The evaluation process is very subjective if you think about it. We should get our results at the end of March. That's such a long wait.

I'm happy. I met someone who (seems) to understand me. Who genuinely seems interested to get to know me. I can't believe it's only been a month.

Thanks Kass and Jazzy for taking the time to write. Have a nice week everyone.

Yay!!

Bonne semaine!
Kass

Aww that movie sounds good, I'll have to check it out. I think movies from Britian and anywhere in Europe are intriguing to watch because they seem like great storytellers... but it may be their accents that just have an ability to draw me in. It's unique. Especially British films. I remember Oliver being like that, and Harry Potter to be one of the latest to name. Awww, its great things are going well between you and the guy, nice to see someone is able to be happy. :) jac xxx

Mm.. I've never heard of 'Dear Frankie' but it seems like a sweet film. :P. Byee!
