Vacation, all I ever wanted...
4/21/2006 02:53:00 PM

It's official, my exams are over. What has proven to be the most demanding semester of my University career has come to an end. No more novels to read, no more essays to write, no more group projects to work on, no more exams to study. It also marks the end of this first "chunk" of studies. I'm done with my bachelor's degree for real now (even though I got my diploma last year and was taking extra classes this year, for extra specification in education). Ahead of me are 5 weeks studying in England, and then a year in education. I have a very busy spring ahead however. I need to get a lot of things ready for the trip to England, as well as for my studies in education next year. I also have an upcoming bake sale at work. Oh, and let's not forget the spring cleaning that I desperately need to do in my room. Let's just say that the dust bunnies aren't a very good thing to keep when you're allergic to dust. lol. I'll get started on that right after this post. I am also looking foward to reading the novels that I want to read, as opposed to those I need to read for school. I picked up Là où la mer commence by Dominique Demers, which I've been wanting to read during the past couple of years. I will also complete the work I have started on my Gilmore Girls website. I am hoping to do most of it before the season finale. I should have some time, since I only start my spring job the first week of May.

The title of my blog refers to the song "Vacation" by the Go-Go's. I want to get their greatest hits album in the near future.

Thanks Jac, Kass and Lynn for the comments. I also want to say a big hello to my friend Emilie who reads my blog from time to time. I hope you feel better soon. :)

Oh now that is one weight lifted off from your shoulders. :) Glad you got through it all. I bet you did well. Wow, off to England. Well, enjoy it and hope we get to hear all about it. I bet you're a little nervous but excited all the same. ;)

I havent been doing much other than attempting to fix my scrollbar on my wordpress. Working and maintaining life through boy struggles. I posted about it on my LiveJournal if you have that you could read it. :)

I am looking forward to a holiday soon but doubt I'll get one for a while. Hope you get to spring clean your room. I am planning to rearrange mine but need time to do that as well. Ahhh. Hmm have to see what happens. I look forward to seeing the new project at your gilmore girls site. Lately I havent gotten lots of screen captures and material to use for your tribute to 7H. :) jaz xxx

Oops, I meant *our tribute* not 'your' haha. LOL. Darn typo's.

Ah, chanceuse! Il me reste encore 1 1/2 mois d'école!

Im going to have to learn french one day, :P
